    New Webinar Coming in February
Ever feel like the community is not fully engaged with your organization?
Our next webinar will focus on effectively involving the community in both issues awareness and decision making, with case studies from our colleagues throughout the Commonwealth.

Spring Conference to be Held in Harrisonburg
We've selected a location for our next conference, which will be held during the month of April.  Harrisonburg is home to several outstanding institutes of higher education, and boasts more communications professionals than you might realize.  Look for more details about a date and venue soon.

We also encourage you to use our website as a resource.  All current members have full access to read and post to our jobs page  http://vagovcom.org/jobs, news site http://vagovcom.org/news and discussion forum http://vagovcom.org/forum.  You're also welcome to network with other members using our interactive directory.  Remember, your membership is what you make of it!  The more our members use the site, the more it benefits all of us.  See you in 2012!

    Sincerely,
